Taline S. at the Brighton store is OUTSTANDING! We first met her a few months ago when we brought in about 10 watches for service. Some just needed batteries, but some needed more attention. Taline was patient and took the time needed to take care of us. She has great rapport and is very easy to work with. More recently my wife went back to see Taline to purchase my Christmas gift - a Rolex Submariner Date! Once again she provided exemplary understanding and service.
