The staff here does nothing short of Rock... Brandon the Manager went out of his way and made my daughter who just turned 4 seem like she was the most important girl in the room... Answered all her questions, extremely polite, and juggled his managerial duties to boot... He took time out to walk around with her and show her what was included in their 3 for 3 and very knowledgeable about their products... Thank you she loves that place
Went to get my 4 year old daughter's ears pierced and my experience could not have been better. We we're greeted right away by Brandon, who was happy to help us. He was extremely warm and patient with my daughter. He explained everything to us and made my daughter very comfortable. Although there were plenty of tears, the piercings went smoothly. He even hung up the picture my daughter colored so everyone could see it!
