My new husband and I leave for our honeymoon today and yesterday I thought it would be a good idea to get my rings resized. Not only was I greater by name, but JP had my rings ready for me the same day. When I called back saying they may be too big now, JP insisted I come back up to the store so they could be perfect for our trip. That’s the thing about Medawar: they strive to give you exactly what you want. Whether we’re coming in to purchase something or for a simple repair, we are always treated with the same kind regard. The staff is genuinely happy to see you and give you their undivided attention without trying to push you to buy something. Buying jewelry for a significant other can be quite stressful and it is easy to get talked into a purchase. Not here. They only want you to buy it if it’s exactly perfect and if it’s not, they’ll make it. I will be a forever grateful customer at Medawar because of the way they took care of my husband and constantly make us feel like family. On our wedding day, all of my jewelry was from Medawar. Blake may have been the reason behind my smile, but Medawar was the reason behind my sparkle.
I came to Medawar Jewelers in Brighton with my girlfriend to shop for an engagement ring. We met with Angel who was extremely kind and professional, and worked with us to find exactly what we wanted. She was patient and listened to our input and showed us around through all the different suppliers. We found the perfect ring and Angel worked with us through the financing process. We were so pleased with our experience that we decided to return to her to have my wedding band custom made as well.
Love, love, love this place. Customer service is out of this world. I took my engagement ring to have it reset. The owner always took the time to show me pictures of what my ring was going to look that. I was super excited when I received the call that my ring was ready for pick up. When she opened up the ring box and I saw my ring, it took my breathe away. Absolutely Gorgeous!!! I highly recommend this place!!!!!
If you want 5 star treatment and top quality jewelry than this is the place to go. JP the owner treats you like you are a guest in his home. He bends over backwards to make you happy and is gracious and so kind. My husband bought me a ring for our anniversary and he upgraded it to larger stones and even saved us money. He does not outsource, he does all the work himself so there is minimal wait. You will not be disappointed buying from Medawar, you will be so impressed and happy with the entire experience!!!!
