Everytime I go to have my cleanings, the staff is always so helpful and friendly. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone!
The staff at the Brighton office are always friendly and courtious. They take great care of me and my needs. I feel very welcomed at every appointment. Great job Carly the hygienist!!!
Dr. Falvo did a FANTASTIC job with my veneers! Through the duration of the process, he always checked to make sure I understood what was happening and that I was happy with the way things were going. He made sure I knew that he didn’t want to just put on veneers that didn’t match with my other teeth, and that he wanted us to both be 100% satisfied with the outcome; and we were! They blend with the shape and color of my teeth so well, and you can’t even tell that they’re fake! They’ve boosted my confidence through the roof!
I have been going to Great Expressions for years and very pleased with the entire staff and Dentist John F.
Recently I had to have some extensive work done and the Dentist was just awesome as well as his assistants. He told me from the very beginning that this was a joint effort to get things "perfect", it was going to take time to get the right fit for the smile I wanted. He asked me to be honest with him with what was going on in my mouth and that it would take baby steps and when baby steps are required so is patience...... patience on both sides. I can't say it has been easy because it has not but it has been so worth it, I love my smile!
I had my regular checkup at Great Expressions today. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Dr. Falvo checked out a concern with sensitivity to cold and the hygienist (Erin) the handled the cleaning, irrigation and fluoride treatment. She is very good at making sure she does a thorough job while minimizing any discomfort. I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but the staff at the Brighton office make it a pleasant experience

Dentist John F. stuck to his word, he was so patient with me as well as his staff. When I called stating I needed an adjustment they got me in even when I had just seen him an hour earlier and never once made me feel bad.
This dental office feels more like a used car lot. They try to upsell everything. They also do no make you aware of any differences in prices of treatments available and only push the most expensive. Patients can rest assured that they will be introduced to all the new products that you can only get at great expressions...what a joke.
