Great service and Ainsley went above and beyond to get me taken care of.
I was given a car with a half tank, returned it at a half tank and was charged a 90 dollar refuel fee. They made it right but what a hassle took over 2 weeks to get the fee refunded.
They came and picked me up because my car was in the shop and it was the only way I could get a car.
I would not hesitate to go back to this location if I ever needed a rental. Their professionalism makes Hertz a name I will remember. I hope the corporate office realizes that these people make their company look good. I went to another rental agency before coming here and the experience was not positive...so I came to Hertz.
I had problems with my own car and had to rent from Hertz today. The manager Ainsley and asst manager were both very kind and helpful. The car they rented me was immaculate.
Totally screwed me! If I could leave one star, I would. I reserved a car for the very first time. Went in to pick it up and the very rude and unprofessional jerk at the counter told me it was "unavailable" because I missed my appointment. Never knew I had an appointment. Never called me to confirm or to even tell me it was cancelled. So now I have a hotel reservation 6 hours away and no way to get there!!! I'll be us8ng enterprise down the road by rollerama...much cheaper and way nicer!
The gentlemen was very kind and made, what was a horrible morning for me, a better day. I appreciate the professionalism they provided. Thank you!
