I rent cars frequently and Avis has q quick reservation system, quick pick up and drop off. Cars are clean and ready to go. The Brighton office hours, Sunday and early morning hours are very helpful for my business use. The staff are friendly and have my car ready when scheduled.

Customer service has gone off a cliff since Mark left. Used to be great, now its terrible. Desk is left unmanned, printer doesn't work, reps don't know how to manage Avis accounts, takes forever to get in and out...
