The worst customer service ever. Budget has lost my business for good. Called this store about renting a car and using budget certificates for payment. We were told that we can use them when we pay when dropping the vehicle off. We were lied to and since we did not have the certs. at the time of picking up the vehicle they will not honor them at all, they would not take the numbers over the phone, e-mails or any other form. I after talking to the manager which refused to help in any way he asked if i would like to talk to the owner which i'm sure was not the owner because it was the person that waited on us the day before and was about 19 years old. Needless to say i didn't get any help form him either.
Budget was ALL AROUND professional. Unlike Enterprise, which is where i had such a HORRIBLE experience!!!!! Enterprise actually stole my grandchildren's Christmas. I was rear ended (my 1st accident) & REALLY shaken up when i went to pick up a rental from them. My auto insurance used Enterprise & their representative charged me for coverage i did not need. Enterprise kept calling me saying i owed them money. I went back to their office 3 times & kept telling them i don't understand because my insurance covered 100% of a rental & they assured me it would be "fixed". When all was said & done Enterprise TOOK $500 from my bank card they had on file(money i was going to use for my grandchildren's Christmas). SHAME ON YOU Enterprise!!! Avis charged my dad a full day rental because he was a half hour late, KNOWING they were going to rent it right after to someone else for a full day. GEES Avis -_- #HowLowCanYouGo
The guys that work here always greet me by name. They go above and beyond. They always provide quick service. The cars are always clean and fully fueled. I rent a lot and can tell you this place is the best around.
What a great place to rent a car. Whether this is for business or personal business I highly recommend Budget/Avis Rental in Brighton. The gentleman at the counter had a list of people that had already booked online, paperwork was ready to go upon arrival, car was ready upon arrival, what else could a person ask for. Literally the entire process took 3 minutes. I will continue to rent cars from Budget/Avis in Brighton for all my NSF business rentals.
