These minor imperfections don't bother me, but the front desk staff was always in the back room and never heard the door open. I had to shout "excuse me" both times to get their attention.
Amazing staff and just a really nice place to stay. Very nice beds, don't hear noises from other rooms, clean and nice size rooms, close to restaurants and shopping.
Very professional and friendly staff! Heather and her father ( maintenance man ) were wonderful!! They made me feel like I was at home. I will definitely tell all my friends and family to stay here and I will be coming back.
Clean, bright rooms. Friendly front desk. Easy check in/check out process. Awesome complimentary breakfast with wide variety of breakfast food and plenty of seating. Clean common areas. Didn't visit the pool or fitness room due to time constraints. Would stay there again!
You get what you pay for with Holiday Inn. This particular one is in newer condition with modern looking facilities. However, the construction was clearly not top notch. The room door was hung a bit low and scratched on the floor, the bathroom door would completely close, and the veneered furniture was just starting to show its age.
Very clean and very, very quiet. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Rooms are amazing. Like walking thru IKEA. Jake @ check in was extremely kind and courteous. Breakfast was excellent - great selection. Wifi and amenities were awesome.
