Wholesale Motorsports is a place I would stay away from. My experiences and others I have heard have been negative. I would prefer to go somewhere else then this place after all the bad things. It is really sad some companies are like his but you just need to move on when you see that kind of stuff. I don't think the words customer service exist. Many online complaints.
Hey the product was a very cheap price havent got to get it running yet because it's a xmas gift . Product came in but delivery driver was the rude unprofessional one that dident give a care after it was dropped in driveway .
Called this "Dealership" to see if they had the ATV my son wanted for his birthday. Some Joe guy answered the phone and I asked if they had this certain style of TaoTao ATV to which he replied that I could order one but it wouldn't arrive in time for my sons birthday (1 week). I told him I was willing to drive 3 hours if they had the model in stock. He said they 100% had some in stock. I could tell he was too lazy to check, but I took his word for it. The following day I drove 3 hours from Indiana to buy this thing, just to find out this Joe guy lied and they didn't have the one my son wanted. As I looked around at what they did have in stock, I realized all their prices were about $200 over what they were advertising online. I don't think I've ever left a review on a business, but this was just so pathetic, I had to. I just chalked it up as a wasted Saturday and I'll take my business else where.
Had some issues with a electric atv. Carter took care us. I left happy. Thanks
Staff is nice enough. Quality of what they sell is below one star. Been a month and I still have not even ridden my motorcycle because it wont run properly! They keep sending me parts and now it is even out of warranty. Save some more money and buy a quality, non chinese junk vehicle.
