C&C Sports knows customer service. I was extremely impressed with every aspect…. John had the motorcycle set up for a quick test ride before I even arrived. David from the parts department completed a comprehensive assessment of all the items I would need for the new motorcycle. Jason did a great job handling all of the final paperwork (title, registration, etc.) . I could not wait to get home to tell my wife how much fun I had and that my new motorcycle was going to be delivered the following morning. Talk about quick service.
I worked directly with Steve Dargis and had a great experience. I not only received a "more than fair" price on a new Ranger, but I got great service as well. Steve went out of his way to deliver my new Ranger after business hours on his own time. Steve was professional and helpful and I would recommend him to any of my family or friends. Thank you Steve!
I was in the market for a new snowmobile and decided to come to C&C Sports and I am glad I did! Dan Loiselle pointed me in the right direction. His knowledge of the products helped me decide which sled was best for me very friendly staff and even helped me load my snowmobile onto the trailer After Hours. I purchased a brand new Polaris Sportsman 450 on Monday 12/11/17 by Wednesday 12/13/17 it was broke, within 2 days of purchase. C&C picked it up on Thursday to assess and repair the machine. I called and played phone tag with Phill until Monday 12/18/17 when I drove to C&C to talk to them direct. Phill told me he was ordering the parts and would have them next day shipped.
Overall I was not at all pleased that my brand new machine broke so soon but I think C&C put forth a honest effort in making things right. I'm actually impressed.
When your in an industry of sales the idea of a salesman having an attitude with the customer or the impression that your putting them out or a hassle wont get you very far! I have tried repeatedly to overlook this culture at C&C when looking to make a purchase due to price but you know what I'll make my purchase elsewhere where I'm made to feel like a customer. You can thank Steve for this one!
I called on 12/22/17, the machine was mechanically repaired but suffered minor cosmetic damage to the fender. Phill called me shortly thereafter and said what they repaired, changed the oil and that they would replace the fender and return/deliver it to me tomorrow,12/23/17.
UPDATE 9/16/18: purchased a new 4x4 rancher from Genthe Honda where Scott Nichols and staff know how to treat and respond to potential customers. Further drive but worth the level of service.
9/26/17- your response speaks to my review. You had your chance when I initially reached out for information on a purchase yet you try to frame your reply as if I did something wrong obviously the culture isn't going to change. My money, my decision your lack of customer service. Nothing skewed here!
