Had some minor things taken care of before a long road trip. One of the service guys was younger but very professional and listened to my request, together we got to the point where everything I needed was taken care of. The over aged hipster at the service counter had a complete "you need me I don't need you" attitude. News flash! Not everyone that comes into the dealership just bought their first bike. I've been riding for 35 years and have repaired just about everything you can think of myself. Somethings I chose not to do. This doesn't make me an idiot, just fortunate!!!
