Besides the massage being okay at best. I find their customer service to be horrible. I tried to make an appointment with them because I had a gift card but the phone kept cutting out. I called them 3 times and couldn't finish the call. I decided to call back the next day hoping to get a better connection. The woman on the phone booked my appointment anyway even though there was no possible way to confirm anything because of the connection. I missed the 9am appointment she scheduled for me. I would have never scheduled at that time because I would have been at work. I can only assume she misheard the day I originally wanted because of the bad connection. They called me to see if I was still coming and when I explained what happened, they didn't seem to care that at all. She demanded my gift card number to pay for the entire missed appointment or my credit card to pay for it. I refused because I wasn't even able to hear and they scheduled me on a day I would have never picked to schedule an appointment. So it was just her writing me down when without me even knowing what day. On top of it I called 20min to closing time originally so by the time I was able to call back they were already closed. So I was waiting until morning. I do feel bad for missing the appointment because I know someone missed out on the commission for that time. I had planned to give them an extra tip because it wasn't their fault either but the person on the phone. I really don't feel it was fair for them to expect me to show up for an appointment that they couldn't even take my full info on. They didn't even have my name, just my phone number. I mean it was VERY bad connection. And I had to call back 3 times, and then they were closed. Then she gave me such a horrible attitude about the fact that I missed the appointment and tried to laid a lot of guilt on me for making the person sit around for no money. Why is the company not paying them to be there? As far as I know all commission employees must at least a make minimum wage per hour legally. I then just said I wanted a refund because I didn't appreciate how they were treating me especially as a brand new client. I could see them having to do something like that to a client who is chronic with the no call no show appointments but this was clearly a misunderstanding. I called their corporate number and no one ever called me back. Fortunately another location was able to get me in with my gift card. They were nice but seemed inexperienced compared to other massage therapists I've seen. The whole experience was far from relaxing.

WORST SPA EVER! Tried to book a couples massage on 2 separate occasions, BOTH times the spa called me to cancel my massage only a few short hours before I was scheduled to come in. I booked these appointments well in advance and they call me last minute to cancel on me so I have no time to schedule somewhere else? Rude, unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend booking a massage here unless you want to be disappointed last minute

I have been here twice. First visit was great. The therapist knew exactly what areas to focus on, was polite, and spent the entire 50 minutes doing the message. The second visit, which was last Friday, was awful. I had the day off so I called and scheduled a message at 3. They called that morning asking if I could come at 3:30. No problem, had no plans. I get there at 3:25 and did not get called back until 3:45. Again I’m not upset, things happen. I undressed and laid there for 10 minutes. Now I was getting irritated. So now it’s 3:55. After the massage was over she told me to take my time, get dressed. I grabbed my clothes, put on my glasses, and looked at the clock. 4:30. She only massaged me for 30 minutes. I work in a dental office, I know the importance of staying on time. But do not make me pay for an hour massage and do half of it! Especially when it’s $70! Will definitely not return.
