I had to inquire as to their whereabouts.
We asked our salads to be as our entrees and our appetizers to be just that; appetizers!!!
My 6 year old requested dinner at TGI because he loves that they sing you happy birthday and give you ice cream. I’m not sure if policy changed, or what, but they didn’t do any of that and he was devastated. When we went to leave, we asked the hostess if they still do birthday celebrations she was totally clueless. The menus also change constantly, or their recipes, and it’s no longer worth going.
Service; lousy as well!!!!!!
We received our salads FIRST and our appetizers took almost 25 minutes to get.
Very disappointed and not worth our money!
NEVER AGAIN will I darken this door!!!!
Wrost place ever. Over priced, portions are small and wait staff likes to argue with the customers. Place was kinda dirty. Never again. The place was dead not very busy at all. The manager tried to make things right but the damage was already done by our waiter. I would not recommend this place to anyone. TGI Friday’s used to be a nice place. I am sure with all the closures they have had is why the prices were so high and the portions were small.
We all joked asking if TGI Fridays was self serve.
My girlfriend and I literally only ate here because Olive garden was too busy and we we're pretty hungry. We were seated at a booth that wasn't even clean, had to wait almost an hour for our food and it came room temp. My girlfriend wasn't happy with her food and when we asked to have it taken off the bill we openly heard our waitress screaming about us in the kitchen. As I'm writing this review, I also can't leave the toilet. I'm not sure what's going on at this place but I would highly recommend never coming here. Huge waste of time and money.
The only reason I'm even giving two stars is because the bartender was so nice. We came in late after a concert and didn't want to be "those people" who come in right before closing and hold up the staff from going home. There were a couple of regulars at the bar and the rest of the place was empty. We asked the bartender if it was too late to order some food to go and she said no, you can still order food but her manager was a total jerk and got all pissy at her. We got our to go order And left with still 10 minutes to spare before their official closing time. The food was terrible even for a Fridays. No big deal, it was all that was open and it's in the middle of nowhere so that's what you get I guess. I would probably avoid going here though if you are passing through unless you just want to get some drinks. And tip the bartender, because she seems to care more about that business than the manager.
Nina, our server, had far too many tables in her area. Obviously they were short staffed on 11/4/17
Came in at 3:06pm an NO ONE was there to greet us OR the other 2 parties ahead of us.
Food; lousy.
Didn't receive the correct sauces AND the boneless wings didn't have the Jack Daniels sauce on them and we specifically requested it; not to mention they were luke warm and hard as a rock.
