Went here this past saturday afternoon 12/16 with my husband and three kids. 8.50 just to get in and $4 for skates which is ridiculous. My husband tried to get a pair of skates that were not broken three times and the guy kept getting the wrong sizes. Another young girl with a braid helped us and she was extremely kind but finally got us the right skates. Floor was small and bumpy and music was HORRIBLE. they did not even censor some cuss words. Staff at the ticket and food counter were not friendly and gave me attitude when ringing me up. So sad to that this plave has gone down hill with new ownership.... we do NOT recommend and will NOT be coming back
Been going there since I was a kid, have seen many owners come and go and can say that the ownership they have now is doing a great job.
I must mention Cheryl, she has been working there for years and any time I have ever had a problem there, she has always tried to help and fix the issue. She is very experienced and tries to accommodate you, if you have any sort of problem. They also have great birthday parties which are ran by wonderful party hostess'. The whole staff is friendly and helpful.
I had a birthday party for my kids here. It was not worth the money, and we will not be back. The party room was VERY crowded with other parties going on. They shouldn't have 6 different parties going on in that tiny room at the same time.We couldn't even walk around our table to sit down without bumping into other people and there was not enough seats for the adults. It was not very decorated. They were having a costume contest and failed to tell us about it, would've been cool to have everyone dress up in their Halloween costumes but we didn't know.They were also supposed to call me a few days before the party to get a head count and go over the details, I never received that call. NOT worth the money!!! Way to crowded in the party room
If you're looking for a great place to have a day of fun Rollerama is the place to go! It's way better than Sky Zone and lasts a lot longer, too!
I would recommend this place to all my family and friends!
Every time I've been there I'm greeted by Cheryl who is always helpful no matter how many times I've been there. Over the years of going I'm happy to call her, and many other Rollerama employees my friend.
I have been skating at Rollerama since I was 13 , I have always had the best experiences there. It is a great family fun center.
They are trying their hardest to be a place for any age group, from the play place for young kids, skating and laser tag for the older kids/adults. The atomsophere has always been great.
Kaylee Brogan is by far the best and most helpful of all the staff in this establishment. She is a kind, effective, and comes In ready to do her job and to exceed expectations. She is patient with the children she teaches, always has a positive attitude and keeps them motivated to do their very best. Rollerramma is extremely lucky to have such a shining star.
