Very clean, well kept, all new seating. Power recliner seating also assigned seating, it's best to go online to buy tickets if you would like a good seat for a popular showing. When recliners are out, there is still plenty of walking room, downside to "power" recliner is button is on the inside of seat were your thigh can easily hit and I thought the blue light that lights switch up is a little to bright and the back could recline another 2 inches.
Place is much better now with leather reclining seat with space. Worth going back to movies for. Not cramped like a Big House game anymore. Great improvement
I grew up in Brighton but hadn't been to this theater since I was a teenager. I was very impressed with how it has grown since then. The bar inside seems like a nice place to relax before or after your movie. The reclining seats were incredibly comfortable. The image quality and sound were very good. The digital kiosks for ordering were easy to use and very convenient. I would definitely go back next time I am in town.
COME AND HAVE A PARTY WITH HOLLYWOOD! IT'S MORE FUN AT MJR! Seriously though, their matinee price is extremely reasonable for the new reclining chairs. I also appreciate that they actually dim all the lights and don't leave side lights on as other theaters are prone to do nowadays. Been coming here most of my life. A very enjoyable movie watching experience through and through.
The new electric recliners are super comfy! I like picking my seat too, I'm not a fan of adding booze to every occasion, but they've plopped a bar right in the middle of the theater. To each their own, that's my only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. I also prefer the traditional popcorn containers over the bags they use, but how picky can you be! At least the seasoning is free now.
