Very rude.
I have been waiting almost 3 months now for a commercial quote. Only the owner Donald can handle that apparently. But he's never called back, or sent a quote, or an email since I first talked to him and sent him the info he needed nearly 3 months ago. Either he hasn't been in the office for 2+ months,.. or he just doesn't care about the business. Big waste of time. If you don't get a quote in a day or two,.. you'd better just move on.
Eastman Insurance has been my agency for years! Always provides quick and efficient services. All the girls in the office are great and always so pleasant to deal with. I recommend them to all my friends, and they have saved some of them hundreds of dollars!! Who doesn't like saving money right??
