There is a manager that works the night shift that is possibly the worst manager/costumer service person on the planet his name is Nick Martin.. Rude, unprofessional, and thinks he is the owner of best buy... He told me that he is the biggest boss i can speak with. Come to find out he is not.. Ill never step foot in that store again.. I will tell everyone that will hear me that this is the worst store!! beware..

It's Best Buy. Ok Tech. Good place to buy if you like brick and mortor stores.

If I could give negative stars I would. This Best Buy is a joke!! I needed product information and had a few questions before I drove 45 minuets to and hour. By no means did I think I was the only person on the phone or in the store that had a question. But waiting on HOLD for over 45 minuets without hearing anything, or getting confirmation that someone knew I was on the phone is UNACCEPTABLE!! I ended up hanging up and calling back 10 minuets before the store closed and was still on hold and still no person to talk to. Needless to say I never went. So I called this morning and was on hold AGAIN for 20 minuets.... I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE. This is horrible customer service. Avoid this Best Buy customer service is not top priority.

I went in to buy a Surface Pro with some co workers. The salesman was friendly and helpful but stated they did not have the bundled package in stock at $799.00. I informed him that we were leaving the next day and could not wait for online ordering. He then looked again and found just the Surface Pro 4 but with no keyboard and would be willing to sell it to me for more than $100. So the new price would be 799 plus 100. I asked why I had to pay extra for something advertised in a bundle and he said it's not them it's Microsoft.

This is a classic example of "Bait and Switch" in the sales world. Be very careful when you visit this store. I recommend you try a different store first.

Geek Squad guys were super helpful and got my Surface Pro back up and running. Lots of people to help in the store when you're looking for something. Always a great experience when I go here!
