They don't keep your online orders for as long as they say they will, their "clearance" prices are still clearly markups, and Customer Service area employees are impatient and bored. Gave an extra star because wait line isn't long. To be clear, I haven't shopped here in over a year. JCPenney Nearby is much faster and more helpful.

Your prices are way too expensive. Keep your but 1 get one half off. You can run all your so called sales but not off suggested manufacturers suggest retail. Won't be back. I'll give my money to a store that has realistic prices.
Every time I go into this Kohl's the babies department is trashed. They put all of the racks and shelves so close together that you can barely push one of their own carts through the aisle to look at stuff. The employees are not helpful and the new system of having to order stuff on the kiosk yourself is so frustrating especially if you are trying to use a coupon or Kohl's cash. You have to order more and more stuff on that kiosk as well because they don't carry very much stuff or a variety of sizes in the store. When I tried asking for help while using the kiosk just today I had two employees walked right by me and completely ignore me when I said excuse me. This store sucks and I am done shopping at Kohl's if it means I have to shop online at the kiosk..
