i worked there through the winter and the owner literally will take advantage of you if you let him. He only comes to clean out safe thats the only time youll see him. he refuses to give you your last check and if you try to go up there and talk to him or his general manager they will contact the police like children. I personally would bucket wash my car on xmas before i took it up there. if you go through wixom and drive a truck/suv youll get hydrolic fluid on your driver side of your windshield EVERYTIME! Sure the brushes in the tunnel get your car clean but what you dont see is the grime and sludge build up on them and the microscopic scratches it puts on your car because the brushes have so much dirt build up on them. just saying i have never been treated so poorly from an employer. currently going through the department of labor to recieve my last check due them not wanting to give me my last check. oh yeah and watch out and make sure the chemicals you paid for are getting dispenced as you go through the tunnel. because only one coat of triple coat work at brighton out of 3 religiously as well as the presoaker is terrible. Ina nutshell very poor ownership and people skills displayed by the owner brian.
Beware of disgruntled employees and their friends leaving bad reviews!!! I have been going here for several years and have never had a problem. Very friendly thorough staff even when it is bone-chilling cold or surface of the sun hot.
Nice employees but my truck never comes out clean unless it goes in nearly clean no matter how much I tip. Their equipment completely misses areas of my side and front bumper and grille. No problems with other car washes in the area. So long...
Great staff not so great car wash. Paid for the better wash and my car was still filthy. Staff was kind enough to run it through again but my car was still dirty and needed to be taken to a different wash. I won’t be coming back
