We have leased 4 cars from them. We turned our last car in July 2016 and leased another car. In May of 2017 we received a letter from Chase auto finance that we had $2900 worth of damage. $300 of that was a disposition fee. Not sure how we have a disposition fee when we currently have a lease with them. Asked for pictures of this damage and all pictures were from the winter. Where was our car from July until March when the pictures were taken. We contacted both the dealership and Chase. The salesman Mike had no idea. We talked to Jeremy and he was going to look into it. After repeatedly calling Jeremy with no response Chase sent me to collections. When we contacted Mike yet again he told us "there are 8 or 9 Bogus claims from Chase". He said the Chase rep no longer returns their calls. When we told Mike we will no longer do business with them his response was " I don't blame you!" My advice to everyone if you're going to lease from them demand a rep at the dealership the day you turn in your lease.

Great place to do business with, friendly and knowledgeable mechanics and sales employees. I've been a customer for 4 years and between our two Mazda cars, me and my wife visited the shop about 24 times for preventive maintenance. Yes we drive a lot and the 2 cars have been purchased from Brighton Mazda as well.

We are currently filing a complaint with the State Attorney's office and the BBB. After working with Chase we have found out the dealership is lying. They never turned my car in until I contacted Chase. Chase Bank had to reach out to them to get the car in their possession. If this has happened to any one else I suggest contacting the State Attorneys office.
